Dr. Morgensztern graduated in medicine from FTE Souza Marques, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I trained in both the Internal Medicine Residency and Hematology-Oncology fellowships At the University of Miami. Following the fellowship, I was an attending physician at the St. Louis Veterans Hospital and Barnes-Jewish Hospital from 2004 to 2010. In 2011, I moved to Yale as an Assistant Professor of Medicine and Firm Chief for inpatient Medical Oncology. In 2013, I returned to Washington University where I am currently a Professor of Medicine and Clinical Director of Thoracic Oncology.
